Terms of Service (Lomi Store Regulations)
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Lomi! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Lomi brand. Lomi manages this store and website, including all related information, content, features, products, and services, to provide a carefully curated shopping experience ("Services"). Our store operates on the Shopify platform, which enables us to securely provide Services to you.
The following terms and conditions ("Terms") describe the rights and obligations when using the Services. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with them and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the store, you represent that you are of legal age.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login details.

You represent that all information provided (e-mail, delivery address) is correct and up to date.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (FORMULAS AND RITUALS)

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colors and appearance of the products in the photographs are as close to reality as possible.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of products in justified cases.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

The contract is concluded when we confirm the acceptance of the order for processing.

In accordance with the Omnibus Directive, in the event of a price reduction, we present the lowest price of the product from the last 30 days alongside the promotional price.

The price applicable at the time of purchase is the one visible at the moment the order is placed.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We make every effort to ensure that shipping occurs within 24–48 business hours.

The risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods passes to you only at the moment you physically receive the package.
SECTION 5 – RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT (RETURNS)

In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

IMPORTANT EXCLUSION (HYGIENE): Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the sealed packaging of a cosmetic product has been opened or tampered with after delivery. Lomi cosmetics whose packaging (seal, foil, or closure) has been tampered with after delivery are not subject to return (in accordance with Art. 38 point 5 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights).

We accept returns only of full-value products in their intact, original packaging.
SECTION 6 – COMPLAINTS

As the seller, we are responsible for delivering a product free from defects.

Complaints regarding product defects (e.g., damaged pump, manufacturing defect) can be reported to: pawel@lomi.one. We will process them within 14 days.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, photographs, product names (Formulas, Rituals), and the Lomi logo are our property and are protected by copyright law. Copying them without our consent is prohibited.
SECTION 8 – REVIEWS
We inform you that we verify published reviews for authenticity (we check if the reviewer has actually made a purchase in our store).
SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish common courts.
